Itinerary

ARRIVAL AT TRIVANDRUM – KOVALAM

On arrival at Trivandrum International airport/Railway station our representative will receive you and transfer to Kovalam.
It has been a favorite’s haunt of tourists for decades. Kovalam consists of three crescent beaches formed by rocks projecting into the Arabian Sea. Its shark free waters fringed with coconut groves and miles of fine sand.
After noon go to Trivandrum for a short city tour. The capital city of Kerala -The city has blend of both ancient and modern architecture. You will be visiting the Padmanabha Swami Temple (Only Hindus Religions are allowed. Dress code: Men: Dhoti & Women: Sari), Horse Palace (Closed on Mondays), Napier Museum (Closed on Mondays & Wednesday), or full day relaxing at hotel.
Stay overnight at the Hotel.

KOVALAM – ALLEPPEY – (Backwater Cruise on full board basis)

Morning after breakfast proceeds to Alleppy. On arrival board the Houseboat. Take a journey through the scenic backwaters with typical kerala meals served on board by your private chef. Today you will enjoy boat cruise, it is an incredibly different experience to cruise in the backwaters in houseboats, absorbing the beauty of Kerala villages.  The scenery flashes up vivid contrasts of breath-taking greens and deep blues. A journey through the curving and winding backwaters of Kerala is an experience of returning to nature. The fully furnished Houseboats take one to a fascinating cruise at a leisurely and relaxing pace.

ALLEPPEY – THEKKADY

After breakfast checkout from the House boat and proceed to Thekkady. Enjoy a drive through the spectacular countryside to arrive at the hill station of Thekkady (Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary). The very sound of the word “Thekkady” conjures up images of elephants, unending chains of hills and spice scented plantations. The Periyar forest of Thekkady is one of the finest wildlife reserves in India, and spread across the entire district are picturesque plantations and hill towns that hold great opportunities for treks and mountain walks. Later proceed to sightseeing, for a visit to the fragrant spice plantation and nearby spice market and Tea gardens.

THEKKADY – MUNNAR

Early morning visit to the sanctuary for a boat ride in Periyar Lake to view the wildlife. After boating come back to hotel and have breakfast and checks out and proceeds to Munnar.
Enroute you can visit Pine Apple Garden, Rubber Plantations, Spice Plantations, Valara Falls, Cheeyappara Falls . Kallar Falls, Karadippara View Point. A place which is called ‘nature’s lavers paradise’, check in at Hotel and refreshment for some time you can start a scenic/picturesque drive to Munnar through hill station.

MUNNAR

After breakfast Morning depart to enjoy full day sightseeing tour of Munnar visiting Madupetty Dam/Lake, Echo Point, Gundala Lake, Photo Point, Elephant Arrival Spot, Cinema Shooting Point, Jungle Honey Bee Nest. Rajamalai (Eravikulam) National Park – famous for Nilgiri Tahr(Wild goat), Anaimudi Peak – South India’s Highest Peak, Tea Museum and Tea plantation..
Stay overnight stay at Hotel.

MUNNAR – COCHIN

Morning after having breakfast checks out and proceeds to Cochin. Afternoon checks in to the hotel and rest of the day for leisure.

Arrival at Cochi

After breakfast go for for the sightseeing tour of Kochi, the city famed as ‘Queen of Arabian Sea’, which takes you to Jewish Synagogue, Mattanchery Dutch Palace (closed on Fridays), St. Francis Church, the Oldest European Church in India, the Chinese Fishing Nets – living symbols of   centuries Old Chinese influence. Evening experiencing the kerala traditional art form of Kathakali performance.

Departure

Morning after breakfast checks out from the hotel and precede Cochin International airport for onward journey.
